Autism
Many adults are diagnosed late or realise late in life that they are autistic. This process can be a confusing time, and difficult to know where to turn to for support and help to make sense of all this information.
Being autistic comes with many strengths and challenges. People who identify as being autistic but do not have a diagnosis, and people who have a diagnosis can use our services.
We provide a safe place to talk about your individual traits, and assistance to work out how autism fits for you personally, your strengths and challenges. We can also help with personalised strategies and suggestions suited to your circumstances.

We are neurodiverse affirming, meaning that we value different ways of thinking, and our support consists of creating ways to work with your neurodiversity rather than trying to suppress it.
